Just a little bit about this site... I'm a wife and mom of two kiddos. I've been a stay-at-home mom for the past eight years, while also working part-time from home. Like a lot of people--particularly busy moms--I struggled with gaining weight every year, only to find myself having to lose it in the spring. I was eating terrible and not exercising, combined with that, my under-active thyroid was making me feel sluggish and I was constantly tired with zero energy. So, in April of 2016, I decided to make a change. Not just any change, but a lifestyle change and started with BeachBody. I can honestly say it changed my life. I no longer feel like I need a nap every day. I'm exercising, eating healthy, and feel great, all while setting a good example for my kids. I dedicated myself to the program, to getting fit, and healthy and saw changes both inside and out. I've lost those pounds I seemed to gain every year, along with a lot of inches, and gained muscle and confidence. Now, I've started a journey as a health and fitness coach with BeachBody so that I can help other busy women and moms (men, I gotcha, too!) transform their lives. The journey to health and fitness is not about being perfect. It's not about doing everything right, 100% of the time. But it's about striving each and every day to be the best version of yourself. It's about reaching your full potential in every aspect of your life. It's about being your ultimate self.
